"Good base for exploring Munich"

"The hotel itself was good, staff was friendly and helpful. There is not many options for dining near the hotel, so I mostly planned on eating in downtown. I had a pizza in the lobby cafe one night and it was surprisingly good considering it was a frozen one they cooked when ordered. The train station is an easy walk, the area looked safe, so there were not any concerns coming back later at night. "

We booked two of the same room and one was pretty simple but the other had a nicer design and aesthetic, but both did the job and had great bathrooms. "2nd time staying here for Oktoberfest. 10min walk to the train and ~20 minute ride to Oktoberfest. Hotel is quiet, clean and good breakfast menu. Bar is also comfy and reasonably priced."

"It was the third time we stayed at this hotel. We enjoy going to Andechs Kloster , which is so special and serve very good beer. Then it’s so nice to stay at this friendly hotel a little walk from the monastery and Biergarten. The room was nice and the breakfast wonderful. We hope we will come back."
