"I got in the room and started moving the pillows around bugs came out from them. I’m not really sure if they are spiders or what, but there were also spots on the pillows and the bedding so when I told the front desk clerk that I cannot stay there and ask for a refund, she refused to give me one. I also paid for a queen suite which I was not put in because after I got there, she said they were all taken."

When they noticed we brought in food, they immediately offered paper plates and utensils without us even asking. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness. The onsite food and drinks were great, and the recent renovation of the hotel is beautiful — modern, stylish, and very well done. The entire property feels refreshed and welcoming. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend The LaSalle Hotel to anyone visiting Bryan."
