"The evening attended was amazing, he was very nice and helpful. He welcomed me with all the Italian charm and hospitality. He gave me insight on what restaurant to eat at even thought the options were limited for a traveler without a car. "I very, very, much appreciate the staff solving a reservation issue that arose at check-in. My only suggestion for improvement is this -- when making the reservation, you can not see what "Half Board" really entails. We had an unpleasant surprise with respect to dinner cost, but that was far overshadowed by the Staff's willingness to change a non-refundable reservation."
