"Really disappointed. Will not be coming back and I am not recommending it. Here is way: * I had spoken to them a few days ago to secure a room with a flat, walk in shower for my partner who has mobility issues. I was promised that I will be given a room on the fifth floor. When I arrived, the receptionist told me that they couldn't find any notes of the conversation and that the only room they had was the one that I was given (the shower had one big step to go in) * Not the most friendly staff...

"Overall this stay was great! We had the lake view. The room was comfortable and had plenty of space for us with a 180* window view. The bed was comfortable and large, the shower head and water pressure was great, the tub, even though we failed to use it, was a very romantic luxury type feel. However, we did utilize the Spa on the roof deck, which has a great view of the late and the hills in itself. I communicated via text directly the property manager I believe it was, and he was very timely in...

"Lovely welcome, the hosts are so friendly and very helpful providing local information to guests. Views from the hotel are great! Breakfast was served fresh in a buffet style. Fresh bread baked each morning was really lovely! Room was clean and comfortable. Quite a walk up the hill to the hotel but the views at the top are worth the climb! "
