"Excellent place to stay! Clean, comfortable and close to everything! Would love to come back for a ski vacation!"

"The property is a little dated but nice. Sheets were a miss-match of colors and designs. New white bed linens would be a great improvement! Property is listed as "air conditioned". There is one AC in the main room and it did not seam to work. No AC in bedrooms. Luckily the temperature outside was pretty cool at night, so we opened the windows. Location is fantastic.Building was very quiet."

"Very spacious condo with great views and easy access to a beautiful trail. We loved spending time here as a family of four and enjoyed preparing and having our meals here. The one issue we had was that the dining area chairs were in poor condition. It also came as a surprise to us that you have to go down the stairs when you enter the entrance. But other than that, this was a great place for a very reasonable price. "

"The condo is clean and spacious with a lot of light. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked for meal prep, and we appreciated the coffee that was provided. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to wear earplugs or use one of the box fans in the front bedroom for the traffic noise. There is a nearby trail behind the condo (you have to go on the main road for a bit to get there. The river behind the property is really pretty. The garage is detached from the building. "

"Comfortable suite condo with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. "

"After vacationing in Summit County for more than 30 years this was the most comfortable condo we've experienced. The attention to detail made it feel like home (exceptionally clean, thick towels, excellent mattress, even a nightlight in the bathroom). Katie went beyond expectations to accommodate us. Will absolutely be back!"

"We enjoyed the very clean lines of the property the king bed, the placement of the island and the hard floors that’s not supposed to be sarcastic. It just feels better than carpet.
