"It was close to everything you need from a grocery stores and restaurants. Beds were comfortable as well had enough for everybody sleep comfy. The only 2 things that was not to our satisfaction was the pool we didn’t get to use it cuz it had way to much chlorine in it. The other thing was 1 of the bedrooms fans was not working and that was the side the sun would hit and it was to hot in the room. We did send a message about it but nothing was done. "iTrip Orlando was the biggest issue with our stay. The internet service was out when we arrived, iTrip Orlando told us to call Spectrum and we spent 3 hours from 10 pm -1 am trying to fix the internet which was not fixed for 3 days bc they ignored us for 3 fays at iTrip Orlandorefusing to return our calls, 1 day prior to our departure. Secondly iTrip Orlando did not notify me that they required and extra payment of 40.00 per day to heat the spa, i rented a home with a spa so i could use the spa...
