"I arrived early at noon and checked and they said my room wouldn't be ready until the check in time of 4pm. I went and went and enjoyed the beach this property offers and then returned at 4pm. I was told by a different woman at the check in desk that check in was between 4pm and 11pm and that they didn't guarantee a specific time that the room would be available. She said she thought it my room would be available in 15-20 minutes. They would text me. I decided to walk down the river walk down to the downtown area. Well my room was ready for another hour. I think the check in process is a big problem and gets the stay off to a negative start. The room was very nice and clean. The Aloha Beach is wonderful. Great for a family. The waterfall swimming area that you see in the picture is a different location and it was very disappointing when compared to the pictures. It is a small, man made area in the middle of a parking lot. "

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. It is an old motel and I enjoy the convenience of pulling my car right up to the room. The room has a huge window that can be opened to let in the fresh air and a nice wooden bench in front of each room. The swimming pool looks nice and well kept. The room is very dated and a bit garish. The curtain was damaged. Thin, dark brown carpet. The blankets on the bed were thin and coarse and the sheets were worn. Small TV mounted high on the wall. Very old, cheap looking furnishings. I think the property needs to upgrade the bedding ASAP. When you go to a hotel you have to get the sleeping part right. With new carpet, repainted rooms, new furniture and bedding, and an updated TV this would be an amazing property. Right now it is an adequate property if you get a great price. "

"The beds were good, plenty of hot water and the breakfast was excellent. Not so the toilet with a broken hinge on the seat and slow and incomplete flushing. Overall an excellent budget property, but maintenance should have noticed and fixe both toilet problems earlier."

"Dellshire is beautiful and we were impressed with the thought and planning that went into this resort. Our room did have some construction dirt that wasn’t fully cleaned up, and the hallway wasn’t really kept cleaned up, but if people would clean up their trash instead of throwing it on the floor, that would help, and those couple of things didn’t detract from our stay. The bed was super comfortable and the room was nice. We would definitely stay again."

"They water was freezing cold in all the pools even the hot tub was cool. Most of the people spent more time in hot tub even the kids. They should add some warm water to the indoor pools Sleeping was constantly interrupted by kids knocking on the door. They were unattended playing in the hallway and the cameras were unplugged. The staff mostly spoke Spanish which made it hard to get garbage changed and more towels."

"I am writing this review while currently staying at this hotel. This is my second time staying here. My first visit was great, which is why I decided to book again. The hotel is clean, in a good location, and advertised as dog friendly or so I thought. After being gone for only 20 minutes, I received a call from the hotel saying there was a complaint that my dogs were barking and that if they received another complaint, I would have to come pick them up. First, dogs bark. Second, don’t market yourselves as dog friendly if normal dog behavior is going to be an issue. Third, I paid extra for my dogs to stay here because I wanted them to enjoy a little vacation too. I would gladly bring them everywhere with me, but not every place allows pets. Very disappointing experience this time around."

"I got bed bug bites Sheets were not clean. When asked for replacement the hotel staff gave us sheet and asked us to put it on One of the towels were dirty Phone didn't work. Had to go down to reception to complain about sheets Commode was not clean"
