Two Bridges Lodge
"Absolutely wonderful resort. We stayed in the Boreas Pass Suite. The room was far more spacious and modern than expected with a huge, private deck that backed to the river (the entire resort is so well kept and manicured). The Snowmelt/Spa area was such a bonus and we had the Steam Sauna, Dry Sauna and Cold plunge all to ourselves, even on the busiest leaf-peeping weekend of the season (Friday, 9/25). They even had suits we could borrow as the Spa, so unexpected. The virtual front office staff was so attentive, and responded in real time to each one of our inquiries. Our ONLY suggestion would be to place extra towel hooks in the bath for easier access (the only ones there now are inside the oversized shower but they did not get wet) and complimentary robes would be nice to have inside the rooms to wear back and forth from the spa, it gets a little chilly at night. This resort is a true gem and would recommend 100%. In fact, we already have to a few of our friends! Thank you Two Bridges, well done!"

"We had a great stay. The room was clean and had great toiletries. We found the mattress very firm and when we asked for a pillow top mattress cover, the staff was very quick to respond and put us in a room that had one. Very responsive staff. Enjoyed our stay!"

"No continental breakfast! Had to go to the Salt Grass restaurant for breakfast and supper! Very expensive! The Salt Grass is part of the hotel/ Casino. Room was very small but clean. Cripple Creek is very small."

"There much thought in making the room cozy but convenient. From Lighting and electic wall socket's placement to to bathrobes and a lantern to walk to the hot tub nearby. The outdoor and indoors eating cooking areas and stone circle firepit are very inviting. A very historic feel with all the deep redstone steps, long covered porches, and scenic seating areas. All Very elegantly updated, scattered modern art painting and fixtures, but still has a historic touch. We Especially Loved the thick Velvet curtains over the bay window and big walk in tile shower. It was like coming home. Defiantly will be back!"
