"I had an excellent stay at Comfort Inn Suites. The room was spotless, and the customer service at the front desk morning, afternoon, and evening was top notch. The cleanliness of the entire hotel stood out; everything was incredibly well maintained. The amenities were great the WiFi was fast, and the breakfast was excellent. "Staff at the front desk were very friendly great with the kids. However after switching rooms twice due to the pull out couch not working it was a hassle and not clean smelt bad in both rooms we tried. Area didn’t feel family friendly lots of people outside the area pool was dirty too. They also wouldn’t refund me after my kids wouldn’t stay there they were so uncomfortable and we had to leave."

I feel sorry for the employees. They were great. I’d hate to be the one to tell the guests no pool or no breakfast. The least they could have done would have been to let the guests know the above issues. Booked through Expedia. They wanted to offer a 25 dollar refund. Not interested unfortunately. "

"Several large palmetto bugs in room, despite manager stating it was sprayed that day. No stoppers on any drains. She said "oh well that's FL " The shower was awful, water handle control spun around@ around and couldn't get hot water!! I would not recommend this place."
