"Check-in was quick and efficient. The overall feel of the place was fresh, clean, and new. Breakfast offered good options -even eggs and waffles. Coffee was good. Cleaning was adequate but not exceptional - there were a couple minor issues - ring around the bathtub, some hard water scale on the toilet, pool water was not clear - typical for hotels and didn't affect the quality of our stay. The pool area was full of windows looking out to bushes and trees - very peaceful and relaxing, and the water was lovely and warm. Hot tub was closed for maintenance - but we knew that ahead of time. My only dissatisfaction was that there were no roll-out cots (In all my years in hotels, I've never encountered one without cots for extra people). The employees I worked with on this issue were a bit slow at first to take ownership of the problem and find helpful solutions. In the end however, we came up with a great solution and we were very satisfied. I would stay here again."
