"I’m not sure why the review ratings are ok for this property. The room smells, one of the room towels is torn up on the edge, shower tab is broken that water is leaking from bottom when it’s supposed to come out from top. Swimming pool is outdoor, small, cold and dirty. Hot tub is in a different building than the swimming pool and is small in a small room with poor air circulation. "Hot tub was out of order. The hallway carpets were filthy. The rooms are very out dated. They charge for breakfast despite advertising free breakfast. Parking is $10 dollars a day which no one tells you. For the price way better hotels to stay at! Pictures online are very deceiving!"

"Had booked Jetted Tub room. They gave us another room and later told us the Jetted tub was leaking and would have a part and fixed for us the next day. They lied to us knowing the maintenance people don't work on Saturday. So we got a king room, where the blind to the window above our bed was broke so the sun came into the room at 5 AM. Went to get some ice in the morning the 6th and 5th floor ice machines were broke down and not working. Floors were not clean though out the hotel. Will never...

"Hotel and room were both very clean. Included breakfast was very good! The only complaint would be that they only fill the lemon cucumber water in the lobby and breakfast area once a day, per employee."

"The weekend breakfast was great! Weekday breakfast was not in heated containers so those were cold. Granddaughters loved the mini waffle maker! The rooms were amazing in appointment and cleaning. One star dropped because none of the game room equipment worked well or at all. The pool was used a lot by us. The employees are incredibly responsive and kind."
