"ironing board wouldn’t stand. iron was dirty and stained my shirt I was ironing. asked maid where pool was and she didn’t know and couldn’t speak English. your front desk folks are top notch!!! jacuzzi super dirty. I would stay again but not ever coming back to San Bernardino."
