A "hi, hello, how can i help you".. also, the condo was surface cleaned i had hair left in my shower food crumbs under the trash stepped on broken glass on the spiral steps and the floor was not vacuumed big hairballs in the corner fridge ...

The room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Shortly after we got to the room we quickly discovered that the handle to the toilet wasn’t working. I called The front desk and with in 20 minutes it was fixed. We had a great experience and will be returning.
