"Great breakfast. Staff was friendly. Parking is good. The mattress in the room was not so good. Old and uncomfortable. "

"The staff were great, we asked where we could find good restaurants and they were very helpful. We also asked for another blanket through the night and were given one straight away."

"Renovated room was comfortable, especially the bed, but door deadbolt wouldn't turn and screws holding safety catch looked like they had already been ripped out. Continental breakfast is pretty limited. Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient for downtown. "

"The carpet appears dirty. I notified the front desk, but they informed me that the property owner does not wish to replace it. Additionally, we are required to collect all garbage from the rooms and transport it to a dump two blocks away, while also lifting a very heavy trash container lid. I am 83 years old and my wife is 75. I will never stay at this property again."

"Did not like the set up of the room"

"Decently clean room. For a simple business stay for two nights, i was satisfied with my stay. Staff were courteous and were ready to accommodate whenever i should have needed it. Air conditioning works (used the heater most of the time), towels were replaced before the next night i came back in, and i was able to properly rest. One thing i noticed though was some stains on the towels. If this was cleaned and bleached a little bit better and with care, it would have been a 5 star rating for me all around! Thanks for having me as your patron!"
