"This hotel is such a gem! Situated in the wall of Tallinn’s Old Town, it’s ideally located to see all the charms of this wonderful place. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and offered all kinds of information about must-sees in the area. We were then escorted through the courtyard to our little cottage. The room was small, but cozy and such a comfy bed! And there’s a tub! I highly recommend this hotel and would be thrilled to stay here again. "

"There is no front desk. We couldn't figure out how to get in. Finally realized that there was an email from Hessnery not Hotel.com that gave a access code to get in the lobby door, the hallway door and our room. The laundry facilities were great and free. You just needed your own soap. Comfortable bed. Kitchenette was furnished. "

"The hotel itself was lovely, the facilities are great, the rooms adequate with very comfy beds. The buffet breakfast was also decent! The spa area was very well kept & we loved all the different kind of saunas/steam rooms they had. The local buses are a short walk away & take you to various points of the town. We had a bit of miscommunication with the receptionist after we we told we could use the spa early if our room wasn't ready over email, but arrived to be told a stern no. So instead we...

"The breakfast has variety options, food is fresh and tasty. The rooms are clean and the hotel is too. Check-in/out is easy and quick. One inconvenience is one towel per person: for face, hands and body. I would appreciate extra towel for hands."
