"It was very warm upstairs, the air did not work well. There was a musty smell in the room and hallway. Our room was extremely small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways it was so close to the wall. You need to walk down about six steps with your luggage to get to the elevator which us difficult when you are older and have packed for a cruise. We were there four years ago and it was a much nicer room."

"There was dirty sheets, a thong in our room, half the outlets didn’t work. Phone didn’t work and they don’t pick up we called 6 times and 7th try they finally picked up. We called from our room 4 times nothing worked. Definitely not booking here again "

"Very clean hotel and the room has a kitchen to it’s good with babies. The breakfast isn’t the best, I think it’ll be soo much better if the way served pancakes because my kids had a hard time eating just eggs."
