"The beds are hard and uncomfortable, definitely need some new ones. We were on the 3rd floor, it was so hot like the air wasn’t on, it’s Florida and 100 degrees outside so it was miserable which also didn’t help when trying to cool our room down either. The only other thing was we stayed 5 nights so we had a lot of stuff but there was 3 stairs that stepped down to get to our room so we couldn’t bring the luggage cart to the room we had to lug everything half way down the hallway. The breakfast was good, staff was friendly and it was clean."

"Great experience for my family. Fun way to get away from the real world and reconnect with my family. My only issue was how slow service was and how confusing it was inside the saloon to ordering food by the pool. My grill wasn’t working and no one came to fix it for us… also how early everything closed the bar closed at 6!!!! But other than that the overall experience was cool!"

There was one instance where after a shower, a guest from our party got the skin of her foot pinched between the tiles. This could end up very dangerous and should be remedied."

"Spacious clean room. Lots of free parking. Breakfast was OK, and I am happy to see less plastic cups and packaging in the breakfast area than previously, but the area could be kept cleaner. I had to clean crumbs and other debris from a table before sitting there on more than one occasion."

"We had a short 2 day stay! But we will definitely be back! The rooms were adorable, staff was very kind and helpful. They all want to make sure your children have the best time and that is obvious!! The breakfast in the mornings is fantastic!! They have everything, so even picky eaters like my daughter had a belly full! The pool was shut down during our stay but, the staff made sure we could still have fun! They provided after hour shuttle for guests to go to the big hotel and use their pool and while we were there we played putt putt and ate at the Shipwreck restaurant and swam at the hotels awesome pool that also has a slide! We will be back again!!"
