"Clean but pretty run down. The toilet seat had a crack in it, there was no way toilet paper holder, and the blinds didn’t open. It had a fridge and microwave in the room and was clean, but it needs some love. The WiFi also didn’t work very well. "

"When we arrived we were told that the double-queen room I had booked nearly a week prior was not available. Rather than just owning their mistake and apologizing, they tried to pin it on me because I used an "online booking service". On the plus side they "upgraded" us to a suite with a king-sized bed and pull-out couch. On the down-side the AC in the room didn't work at all. They ended up moving us to a single king room because, according to them, that's all they had available. And that was it. They considered that acceptable and their obligation met. We were not the only people experiencing the same issue, as I saw another family going through the same thing during check-in. Mistakes happen and thankfully with it being just myself and my son, we were able to make it work, but the complete lack of accountability or concern for their customers is a real concern. The room was clean, the staff were very nice but they clearly have issues that need to be worked out, and have zero sense of obligation or concern for their customers. I will not stay here again. I'd strongly suggest you consider otherwise if you need anything more than a single bed, because there is no guarantee you will get what you reserved and they don't care if that is an inconvenience to you."

"The room is a mess, the bed is hard and no tv control. The guy for the front desk in the night don't have clue to use a computer or to give the guest the right information. The breakfast area is good but is not bread and the guy is to rude.The towel have a lot of stains. This is the first and last time that I rent a room in here "

"This hotel was very dated. It was clean, but furniture was worn, had some scratches etc. The water smelled kind of weird and the bathroom faucet was really hard to turn on. Breakfast was nice and staff was friendly. The hotel was okay, but I would not stay here again."

"Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation including rooms and indoor pool. This is not listed on the website. First room bad odor. Moved sink large multiple cracks, bathroom tile floor multiple cracks, carpet multiple stains. TV Remotes x 2 did not work because NO Batteries. Must use both Remotes to work TV. Room Key Card door entry still old type that if it's near a cellphone it looses it's entry code, had to get recorded. Breakfast room Staff only speak Spanish no English. Also Housekeeping staff only Spanish No English. Desk staff very nice helpful. Would not stay here again."
