"The staff was 5 stars. Dear Toy and Pam were outstanding the problem was the property. They were overworked and overrun by people in town for the world cup, They said the hotel was completely full but the parking lot wasn't?! Anyway they tried to put us in a room that the front door lock was broken, there were holes in the bathroom door where someone punched it. The bathroom fan was broken and someone ( a shuttle driver who had apparently lived in the room) had smoked in the bathroom. It was...

"Our stay was just okay. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and fresh towels are not supplied to the room unless you go out of your way to get them. It felt as though the hotel simply provides the physical space, and you are expected to manage the rest. I was really hoping for standard daily room service during my stay."

"The room I booked Queen bed was spacious. The breakfast is continental in lobby with muffin, fruit, yogurt and beverages. I had problem with staff there. The lady who checked me in was very nice. But in the morning, the other staff at front desk kinda started preaching me that I "should have" used compost bin for trash when I told her twice that their trash can was not working (in breakfast lobby). I didn't like at all that she was not proactive. If this was my business, I would have said...

"There was a bed and a shuttle (that only works between specific hours) which was great. The property itself was old, outdated, and dirty. Carpets were stained, bunched, and ripped. The shower drain and AC didn’t work. There was a weird smell and no information provided for WiFi. Shuttle staff was nice and the breakfast was good for a typical quick grab. Suitable for one night if you’re just sleeping, anything more I would pass."

"Skybridge has a wonderful staff, very helpful and accommodating. I loved the early and late check in. Room was ready and clean. The resturant was excellent. Compliments to the chef on the salmon crab chowder. Will stay again."

"We booked for 6, but our room was not available so we were given a different room. It only had a normal couch, not a pull out bed. Reception told us they could bring us up a rollaway bed. They did, but only had one. They told us "someone can sleep on the couch." Ok. The couch is a double couch. Can YOU sleep on a double couch?
