"room was in very poor condition. bathroom wasn’t clean at all, towels were dirty and a spot of blood or what seemed like it was found on the shower wall. the bathroom door was very greasy i could barely touch it and there were stains on the walls. before even entering the room there were towels thrown on the floor of the entrance. one of the lights didn’t work. the room smelled bad. i didn’t wanna walk on the floor barefoot nor in socks because of how uncomfortable i was. staff was average, didn’t have great attitude. "

"Needed to change to a different room due to what looked like possibly a bed bug and eggs on the comforter. Thought maybe I’d be accommodated a little more than just a change of room due to the inconvenience."

"Very nice room and well furnished. The bed was comfortable but sheets did not fit right. My only big complaint was people playing music too loud and slamming doors, not respectful of others trying to sleep. I was not impressed with staff not responding to noise complaints. "

"Pool not open air conditioner worked good. Room had a tub and shower curtain. Tub is not ideal for just shower would not want to sit any hotel tub. Shower curtain is nasty and full of germs do not recommend every being touched by one which was impossible because tub was so small yo could barely stand under shower head without touching. Checking in asked for a room with walk in shower and immediately got told no other rooms available without any kind of looking to make sure. A lot of noise on the 1st floor every morning, people cumming and going . Would not recommend on my second stay because of staff and tub with shower curtain."
