"Pool and hot tub were awesome! We had four travelers and were given a king bed and a sofa bed. We asked to switch rooms so everyone could have an actual bed. The lady at the front desk changed our room which was so nice but did not tell me there was going to be $100 charge to do so. That should have been said upfront, so I was a little surprised. My adult daughter locked us out and the after hours assistance was very quick to remedy the situation."

"Smoke alarm was missing from room; remote control was broken and replaced unit didn't work. Manager on duty was nice but appeared to be only one on property. Property was very convenient to where I needed to be. Overall interior appeared to be clean and cared for. "

"Bed was horrible!!! Microwave did not work,or the lamp, or plug ins. House keeping was very bad. Will not ever stay there again . It's a $50. Dollar room at best"

"There was cobwebs on the ceiling and in every corner. The size of the dust bunnies behind the side tables were evidence of not being vacuumed for 20 years. The bedding was stained every color. There were black bugs in the bathroom that were coming out of the rotten wood door. Absolutely no reason for the state of cleaning for the price per night. Also the continental breakfast was lacking as there was no milk for the dry cereal or juice and there was 1 muffin left for a family of three. I needs...

"we were on the bottom floor. Very noisy above us, I think there are people living full time towards the back of unit. also, a large older motorhome tucked away in back parking lot with a long extension cord plugged into motel. that motorhome was blasting music continuously. Kinda hillbilly of a scene."

"It is a beautiful hotel inside and out. It is in a very quiet area. A bit out of the way for restaurants. Breakfast was great, rooms were clean and the beds comfortable."

"Booked a camping tent that was nice. Bed was comfy and clean. The fresh air was nice and the view on the horse ride was wonderful. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom situation was not great and not so clean. Please fix this, you have a great place but you will turn away people if you cant figure that out. Food was decent for dinner but the breakfast was great."

"My key card could not access any of the amenities such as pool and gym and also would not open exterior doors when taking the dogs outside. I mentioned this on day one and the staff said it was only my room key having problems. When I did want to access the pool,I had to wait in line behind guests checking in for the only staff person to unlock the door for us.
