"I've stayed at this property before - it gets the job done at a very reasonable price. Includes parking, and the location is conveniently located near the major highways and TTC bus routes that can take you to the subway system or to the GO station nearby."

"This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel."

"Housekeeping staff are not respecting privacy and sometimes open the door despite the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign."

"Staff upgraded us to a Penthouse suite when we realized that the beds in the standard rooms were only Queen size beds. Standard room looks more like an apartment and bedroom was small with no TV in the room. Penthouse suite was beautiful though"

"This place was incredibly nice. We stayed in the Bye Felicia suite and there were plenty of comfortable beds and the bathroom was very nice. There isn’t really a true living room or kitchen but a common area with a counter and a sink. The worst part was getting up and down steep stairs to get to the suite. I would definitely stay here again."

"No shuttles when I got off my flight, it was 12pm so that’s late I guess but all the other hotels had them running. dog fee was 75$, didn’t say that at booking so that seemed a but high. Breakfast was gross, eggs tasted weird, boiled eggs were hard and felt old, scrambled tasted like powder. For 300+ dollars it seemed weak"

"Short stay overnight between connections. 15 minutes from airport. But hotel heavily populated with airline crews an other passengers. Shuttle bus ontime every half hour. Worth the money."

"while the property advertised free airport shuttle, the shuttle was not available when our flight arrived as it was past their pick up time. we had to UBER to the hotel at our expense. in the morning we needed to go back to the airport to deal with a luggage issue, the front desk advised that the shuttle was only available if we were checking out. Again, we had to UBER. We took the train downtown and when we returned we called the hotel and was told the shuttle was for was for arrivals only....

"Place needs more attention to maintenance of the guest rooms. But, for the low price, I guess I can put up with a few items not working or burned out."
