"Great experience ! So convenient for the convention center and mall! Customer Service was great at the hotel!"

"It was an older facility and it showed on the inside. The sink stopper was broken in my room. Not a big deal but a small annoyance when I was using the sink and I had to pull out the stopper since the connecting lever that opens and closes the stopper was not hooked up. Also, the cover on the control panel for the room heating/cooling system was broke too. As I was sitting at the desk next to the system, the door simply fell off. I noticed one of the plastic hinges was broken so I just placed the cover in a closed position. Again, not a big deal but still annoying. I requested a room in a very quiet part of the hotel but unfortunately other guests kept me up later than I wanted. That is not the hotels fault but it have a negative impact on my stay. Lastly, I cannot tolerate smoking and I was very disgusted and discouraged to continually walk through smokers smoke when I was checking in. An individual was standing outside the front lobby door smoking as I made a few trips in and out to check in."

"I stayed at this hotel during school vacation week with my granddaughter and two small toddlers, expecting a welcoming family-friendly experience. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. We were asked to leave because I had two young children with me, which was upsetting and embarrassing for my family. What made the situation even more confusing was seeing the next morning that a baptism was allowed to take place in the pool area. The inconsistency in how guests were treated felt unfair. Families deserve to be treated with respect and given clear, equal standards."

"The Hotel is older however it has gone through a wonderful update. I stayed there April 23,2026-April 26.! The decor in my room was modern with a very clean look. The Hotel interior has a beach look and was updated nicely. The workers, especially the front desk check in were kind, helpful and all around accommodating . Breakfast was good and the view-of the ocean was a plus. Heads up there is no elevator."
