The staff were friendly cleaning staff went out of her way to help We were there in late October and it was hot and the AC didn't work thick hot covers it would have been nice to know that they closed the pool in Setember

The room was gorgeous with stunning views of pool area (closed in winter so no noise) and snowy mountains.
