"We loved the nostalgic feel, the decor and the surrounding area. We only stayed overnight and did not have breakfast so I cannot speak for that but the owner did come tell me while I was enjoying the scenery outside with my morning coffee. Very nice place and people."

"The room was clean and the property was good. The price for our room was very good. However, we had a better breakfast at the Super 8 in Cameron, MO. There was no hot food other than what you could put in a toaster. I was disappointed in the available breakfast items."

"What a gem of a place. So grand an entrance space. The team here are lovely and welcoming and the room was so spacious and clean. If your on Route 66, forget the stay in Springfield and head to Carthage. What a picture perfect town square, beautiful homes and friendly people. Definitely recommended"
