Lovely, cozy and intimate Inn reminiscent of the Holiday Inn movie. The hosts are friendly and always available to meet your every need. Special touches of a hot chocolate station near the wood burning fireplace and beautifully decorated Christmas tree added to the cozy, romantic atmosphere. The Inn was clean and decorated meticulously, and the breakfasts were top notch. Highly recommend a stay here at any time of the year. We will definitely be back!

The accommodations were absolutely beautiful, very well maintained and extremely clean. Everyone on site is very friendly and really trying to make sure you enjoy your stay. Breakfast was very fresh and tasty. The vegan shampoo, conditioner and wash was a great touch....Loved the alpaca's!!

This was such a lovely stay. Quaint, updated, clean…I loved the hot tub and sauna option. The property wa stunning and breakfast was delicious. Would love to come back! The owners and staff were also amazing.

No greeting. Just..."Checking in or checking out?" I was traveling alone after a 15 year breakup and the first question was, "Where was my significant other?" What a stupid question to ask anyone. How about, "How was your trip in?" He couldn't find my reservation on his phone and I stood there upset from the partner question. Then scolded about what a luxury Inn it was when I made a face seeing my bathroom was not connected to my room but in an open area where other guests passed by. Zero effort to be welcoming or friendly. Horrible bathroom with loud creaking hinges, tiny shower, no conditioner and sandpaper towels. The room was pleasant but the shades on six windows didn't close enough to make it dark. The smoke alarm was missing. There was a stairway you could hear loudly while in bed with guests climbing up and down and the upstairs floors all creaked and was annoying. Host told me to use the front door though the parking was way around the back so he said I could use a common room entrance. When asked about the front door code, he said to look it up on my confirmation paper work. I've stayed in hundreds of luxury properties in my 66 years and this Inn in my opinion is not luxury or worth the money.

We arrived and the check-in couldn’t have been any easier. The room was great and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had a real wood fire in the common living room and it was just the two of us so we felt like we owned the whole house. The entire house was very clean and neat. My only suggestion is to put Keurig coffee makers in the individual rooms. We will definitely be back.

This a beautifully-restored 200 year old property that has been modernized with both care and style. It’s 8 acres of property with lots of space for relaxing outdoors. We loved the breakfast and the staff. We will absolutely return to this peaceful property.

You need to stay here!

This B&B is such a lovely place to stay! I was greeted immediately by Vincent and was able to get into my room comfortably. The home feels like home! Just a few mins away from New Hope and Lambertville. I would stay here time and time again. The lady that cooked breakfast was super sweet and made an amazing breakfast with avocado toast, eggs and waffles with coffee, juice, milk and water.

A step back in time

It is converted farm and townhouse . The location has character and the service was excellent . If you want to relax kick back and enjoy a memorable weekend with the town of new hope and lambertville only a stone through away this inn should be considered

Quaint and beautiful property. The staff and owner were so friendly and eager to help make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfasts were fresh and delicious. Our room and every area of the inn were immaculate , Got a glimpse of the kitchen which was also updated and immaculate. We are planning to return with our kids. Marek the owner showed us the building where there are two bedrooms with ktichen and living room that would perfectly accomodate a family of five with a dog. Highly recommend!!!

Beautiful area. Can walk to New Hope PA but a little far for a walk, especially if you’re going to be walking all day through the town of Lambertville and New Hope. Safe to walk anywhere. Pretty property and area. They have a hot tub, Sauna, fire pit and grill. There’s near by hiking trails too.

We stayed in the barn suite and loved it. My husband really enjoyed the sauna/cold plunge and we had a nice night sitting around the fire pit with other guests. Breakfast was nicely done before checkout.

One of the nicest Inn's we have ever been too

We have been at a lot of places from the Pennsula Hotels to the Queen Mary II, but we will say that the owners of this Inn are the most caring and kind professionals you will ever experience. This Inn is a labor of love for them and it shows through and through. Highly recommend!
