"Pretty much a dump in the middle of nowhere"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this motel. What stood out most was how VERY quiet it was, especially being in “downtown” Elko. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and having a refrigerator and microwave in the room was very convenient. The A/C worked great and was not overly loud, which made the stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was decent and included fresh coffee, fruit, yogurt, juice, muffins, toast, oatmeal with milk, breakfast sandwiches, and waffles you could make...

"Clean and quiet room. Front desk was very helpful at checkin. Good nights sleep in comfortable bed. Bathroom was a bit dated but clean and in good repair with good hot water."

"Room was clean, price was reasonable. Had a problem with the air conditioner- used it to cool the room- work ed first but then never came back on. Got warm during the nite - very uncomfortable sleeping. Breakfast was very basic and no place to sit and eat it. Review were really good but it did not live up to those high reviews. I would say 5-6 out of 10!’"

"There are high steps into the registration office. The staff/owner is very kind and helpful. The building is older but the room was comfortable and quite. They're working on some renovations so its only going to get better."

"The room and property were fine for the most part. It was clean and decently maintained. The entire room feels compressed. Two items that stood out to improve: at night the light form the front of the property penetrates into the room making it bright at night; and the noise from the upper floor is significant - every movement or action from upstairs is heard as though there is nothing at all to absorb sound. So, its frustrating being awoken throughout the night."

"The room (2 single beds) is very small, with little room to pass another occupant. No clock, no tissues, no shampoo or conditioner provided. Beds are comfortable and the room is functional, if austere. The entry door has a large gap (no need for a nightlight). The vanity faucet is plumbed backwards (hot water--handle to the right). Plenty of parking, seems secure, well lit."

"First room we were given, had a bad odor and we requested another room I am a senior as was another family member we were given a room at the end if the property where there were hardly any other guests The second room was better, but still in the last building. Check in took about 20 min and as i asked questions the term " third party" was repeated numerous times. So because we chose to use expedia to book our room we were penalized as the desk clerk pointed out "third party"...

"Staff hadadditude, ask for toilet paper because room didn't have any. She could barely be bothered while eating."

"Stains on bedding. Wear on bedding. Bedding doesn't fit beds very well. Floor was sticky. Gap around door into room. Expensive for pets. Toliet seat mismatched and showing wear. Weird smell in room. Half the light switches dont work. Stains on walls and ceiling. Trash all around building. Pretzel in AC. Someone living in a camper in the parking lot. Screen cut out of the window."
