"Room was immaculate, modern bathroom, shower worked well, great blackout curtains, no external noise. Parking available and covered by CCTV. Disturbed sleep due to other guests banging doors and chatting in corridor but bed and temperature of room was very comfortable."

"Room was cold and dirty. Bedroom carpet full of stains and felt filthy to walk on. Corridors smelt of damp. Neither shower gel pumps in the shower worked. Main entrance to the hotel had an unsightly hole in the roof. One older male member of staff in the restaurant was very rude, unhelpful and uninterested. ..."
