Attach Drinks and Beverages Menu to Room Service Menu. Advise the Restaurant Breakfast Chef. To use a Egg Omlette Recipe. Etc; Because 2 fried eggs stuck together is NOT an Omlette. 3. STOP Over-Pricing basic Brand Bottles of Wine. 4. A Concierge does not have the role of a Hotel Manager!? Re.Complaints. Etc. 5. "No hot water for showers due to a water leak the previous day! Room ok basic. Pool very small, overcrowded with families with young children "

"Location good, unless difficulty walking as it’s quite a steep walk from the town/beach back. Small payable car park. Although the rooms have more up to date furniture the rooms and buildings are looking quite tired and in need of decorating. The pool area is small so can get very busy. "

"Pets were welcomed. Staff very friendly. Tennis courts and swimming pool both closed. "

"Staff at check in were great. Car park was very full because there's a public gym at the hotel. Hotel rooms are weird - there's only a window in the bathroom. No fresh air available in the actual hotel room. Air con system is rubbish. Room was dusty throughout. Terrible night's sleep because there was a thumping noise coming from above my room - it sounded as if we were directly under the gym and there was always someone throwing weights at all hours. Not a good experience. "

"One of the worst Hilton hotels I have ever stayed in. The swimming pool was in a very poor condition — the water was visibly dirty, with dust and hair floating on the surface, which was extremely off-putting. The room itself lacked basic amenities, including a bathrobe and slippers. When I requested these, I was told that none were available due to the hotel being busy, which is simply unacceptable for a Hilton property. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and far below the standards I would expect."
