"Front desk staff was very accommodating. She was kind to let us check in as soon as rooms were cleaned. We traveled from California and were very sleepy and that made our stay more enjoyable."

"The building, grounds and room were all very nice. We enjoyed the breakfast also. However, our bathroom in 317 needed cleaning where the wall and tub meet the floor. Also the shower curtain was too long and dirty at the bottom and we did not want it in the same water we had to stand in when showering. As you know typically during a shower water does accumulate on the tub floor. Also the drain in the sink was sluggish. Everything else was good."

"We have stayed at the BML numerous times over a span of four years. We originally found the BML through Expedia and have been returning every time we are in the Berkshires. We keep returning for two simple reasons: #1- the pristine condition of the property and our individual room (and we’ve stayed in many different rooms) #2- the value - the cost to stay at the BML is very good considering for excellent condition of the property and its proximity to all that the Berkshires have to offfer"

I just feel if you are the r to great guests and welcome them then you should and give the details of breakfast and just shoe some hospitality is all. The checkout staff was absolutely awesome! "The property is very quaint and very quiet. It is more like an AirBnB or VRBO than a typical hotel. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the only amenity they didn’t have that we could have used is a mini-fridge. The attached restaurant is closed on Tuesdays, but there are restaurants and grocers within a 10 minute drive. We will definitely stay here again."

"The staff was a husband & wife ownership. They were very nice. The wife was helpful giving us recommendations on where to go. They were accommodating placing a bigger refrigerator in our room for all our perishables. The only drawbacks was the pool was out of commission on the hottest weekend of the summer, Due to the rain. The bathroom was big but only had 1 hook to hang a towel on. There was no storage to place clothes on while taking a shower or getting dressed only back of toilet or floor....

"There was no Hot Water for washing or showers. I talked to the staff and they said it would be fixed right away, it never was. It’s hard totakeacold shower after a hot day touring. The place was being remodeled. I think it should have been closed. The muddy parking area was hard on your shoes. Only one elevator was operable. We waited 10 minutes to get down from the 8th floor. It was scary if there was an emergency it would have been a disaster. Not Good!!"

"Okay place to spend a night but don’t expect any service. This place uses remote “staff” to run the joint. I called the “desk” around 6:30 pm with a request. Got a call back around noon the next day, when we were well on our way. No soaps, no shower cap. Only plus was an urn of good coffee in the otherwise empty lobby. Not much for $160 or so."
