"Our recent stay at this hotel was comfortable from start to finish. Located in the old center, it is just a few blocks away from the river and its beautiful, wide, long promenade. We stayed in a bright, well-sized room that offered a view of the city skyline. The bed was comfortable, and the linens and towels were of noticeably high quality. The spacious bathroom was a personal highlight, featuring a rain shower that was incredibly relaxing, along with a convenient hand shower. The building itself is modern, spanning 16 floors with a small bar and cozy pool located on the 17th floor. Each morning, the breakfast buffet impressed us with its variety. It truly offers something for everyone, catering satisfactorily to both European and Asian food. AC kept the dining room and common areas refreshing. The service here truly earns its 4-star rating. The cleaning staff is motivated and cheerful, ensuring the rooms are spotless every day with fresh towels and two bottles of complimentary water. What really sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Everyone we encountered was attentive, professional, friendly, and always wearing a smile and professional outfits. We would like to give a special mention to Lua, who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. She made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and top-tier service! "
