The resort is spacious, super green, and surrounded by mountains we spent so much time just walking around, taking in the view. We played pickleball and even had a small football match in the afternoon, which was a fun surprise. At night we booked the herbal baths and chilled by the pool. We called the number on the desk but she declined the call. We sent a message to say we were at the reception. She liked it but did not reply. We had to assume the receptionist was the person sleeping not far from the reception once we saw her. > Motorbike rental Don't go there if you want to travel alone - They are not flexible and refuse half day rent or to give you a motorbike early in the morning so that you can avoid the police bribe at the exit of the city. We were forced to leave with a group at 9am before paying the bribe and then breaking from the group > Food The kitchen is said to close at 8:30 but it was actually closed at 8:15. The staff was still there but we were declined to order food because the staff already cleaned the kitchen. "Nice room and comfortable bed with ensuite bathroom/shower. Bus from sapa drops you outside door. Staff very friendly and helpful and helped me book a cheaper bus to cao bang than i was going to. Around 30 minute walk into centre but many places to each closer than that. I would definitely stay again."
