Basic but lovely service!

We stayed two nights at this premise! The front desk was extremely friendly - I forgot to collect my deposit at checkout and the amazing female staff went above and beyond to return it to me. Really grateful. Room is basic and quite good value for the buck compared with other options on the same street. 2-min walk to the beach. Breakfast is outsourced at a restaurant nearby, it was so-so only. Can improve: condition of beddings

Not the best, but centrally placed

The hotel is kind of shabby. I was surprised that it has 3 stars, as I would rate this as a good two star hotel. Location is excellent, but the room was smelly and there is no elevator. We actually changed hotel to a nicer one. So if you’re searching for 3-4 star standard, don’t book this - but if you just want a central place to stay, then this is all you need. Check in and service was really great though, but it would be wrong to rate this as 10/10.

Great hotel

Excellent hotel, great location, quiet street close to beach, shops and restaurants, great staff. Towels, water, coffee and toiletries replenished daily, excellent value for money definitely recommend

Great hotel with great location near Cenang Beach

Very good hotel with really good location near Cenang Beach and all its services and restaurants. Only 2 minutes walk to thebeach itself so perfect location! The personnel was really really helpful and they were on duty all the time, ready to help. The room itself was super nice: good beds, pillows, blankets etc, own lounge area, much room for putting your stuff on the tables etc. Also a big plus: the hotel offers machines that serve drinking water for free and they are available 24/7 !!

Lokalt og tæt på stranden og gode spisesteder men et meget lydt hotel. Meget larm fra andre gæster, også om natten samt fra moske. Ikke så komfortabel seng og dårlig stand. Ville ikke bo her igen.

Aldrig mer Easy Crystal.

Hotellet var mycket dåligt underhållet. Vi var tvungna att fylla på med vatten i toalettstolen med hjälp av dushslangen för att kunna spola. Allting såg ut som ett halvfärdigt bygge. Aldrig att vi sett något sämre. Vi hade betalat för sex nätter men checkade ut efter första natten.

가성비, 위치 좋음

체낭비치 시작접이라 위치는 좋았고 꽤 큰 규모의 숙소였으며, 가성비 좋음. 청결상태는 그런대로 괜찮음

二度と泊まりたくないホテル

私の今まで泊まったホテルで一番最悪でした。チェックインすぐにシャワールームを確認すると、ゴキブリが。部屋を変えてもらいましたが、変えてもらった部屋は、カードキーが壊れていました。部屋も明らかに掃除機をかけていないような感じで、小さい虫もかなり飛んでいました。 さらに、私の部屋にコーヒーはあるもののホットポットがなく、それを指摘しましたが、チェックアウトまでに持ってきてくれることはありませでした。途中でドライヤーが使えなくなったり、エアコンもなかなか効かなかったり。。本当にいろいろ最悪でした！ただランカウイ島は最高です！！！

Hôtel pourri à éviter

Hôtel très vieillot, chambres très très très humides à très forte odeur, le seul avantage c'est qu'il est super proche de la plage cenang beach. Personnel super, ils font ce qu'ils peuvent. Le petit déjeuner est médiocre ke du salé même pas de buffet, servi dans un resto loin de l'hôtel, on a été obligé d'acheter du cake pour manager le matin. Franchement on a été déçu par cet hôtel.

Great location, next to beach, restaurants cenang mall. Room was very large, comfortable bed. The lady on reception was extremely helpful, dealing with our consistent queries and need for services. Free wifi, washing service is cheap. Hotel layout is quite prestige however when first checking in a lot of the rooms had a bad smell, so chose the room with least smell. Would stay again if I Visit Langkawi.

I booked for 2 rooms during peak season.we are greeting with good smile from all staff, the hotel seems to have indian style design.the lobby floor was clean,hotels corridoor was clean.There are some problem also, 1 of the our room was smelly because it comes from toilet, staff was came and cleaned it but still smelly after that., sound proofing is ok if neighbour are not making noise,towel is only given after requesting.

랑카위 체낭비치의 중심에 위치하여 해변과도 가깝고 주변 레스토랑과 아주 인접한 곳

위치에 있어서는 가격대비 최고의 위치이며 해변과는 도보로 약 3분거리에 위치함.. 해변 뷰는 볼수 없는 곳이며 해변에 맞닿은 건물들 뒤쪽에 위치함.. 가격대비 가성비는 괜찮은 곳입니다. 랑카위 재 방문시 재 투숙할 의사가 있을 만한 곳이니 이용에 참고 바랍니다. 하우스키퍼가 있으나 하우스키핑시 수동적이며 다만 요청시 청소 해줍니다. 문고리에 청소해달라고 걸고 나가면 청소를 해주며 푯말 안걸면 청소는 3일 내내 안해줄수 있습니다. 객실내에 냉장고가 있어 맥주 사서 보관하기에 좋습니다. 드라이기는 홈페이지에 비치되어 있다고 표기 되어 있으나 비치되어 있지 않고 카운터에 요청시 드라이기와 다리미를 제공하니 참고 바랍니다. 팁을 알려드리면 체낭몰은 걸어서 약 10분거리에 있어 매일 도보로 움직였습니다. 쿠알라룸프르 여행 전에 랑카위를 먼저 들리셨다면 꼭 체낭몰에서 카야잼이나 초콜릿을 사서 이동 바랍니다 쿠알라룸프르보다 훨씬 쌉니다. 특히 맥주는 1달러 남짓 어마어마하게 싸고 쿠알라 가게 되면 맥주 한캔에 한화 2500원 정도 하니 맥주는 원없이 먹고 오시기 바랍니다. 특히 야시장에서 꼬치류 잔뜩 사오셔서 해변에 돗자리 깔고 수입맥주 마시면 아주 싸게 즐길수 있습니다. 야시장에서 사는 꼬치가 특히 싸고 맛나며 호텔 주변 길거리 노상에서는 꼬치를 찾아보기 힘드니 꼭 야시장에서 많이 사와서 즐기시기 바랍니다. 레스토랑은 오키드리아 강추하며 랑카위에서 랍스터와 크랩은 사먹지 않도록 합니다 엄청 비싸고 가성비 떨어집니다.

Все в этом отеле было замечательно: чистота номеров, вежливость и отзывчивость персонала, бесплатные завтраки, а также удобное расположение. Единственным минусом было то, что в душевой персонал насыпал каких-то шариков с резким запахом, как будто они были вымочены в солярке. ;-)

la moquette c'est triste!

Malgré que le personnel essaie de maintenir une bonne hygiène, l'hotel devient vétuse , la moquette dans les chambre c'est dramatique! Les finitions de peintures dégoûtante. Bref un management orienté vers plus de pragmatisme serait bénéfique à cet hôtel bien placé et calme.
