"Staff were so friendly and amazing our whole stay. The breakfast was fresh and tons of it and especially the pikelets, a real winner for the kids. The grounds and gardens are immaculate, all due to the hard work from the staff who would always greet us with a friendly Talofa and a beautiful smile. The rooms oceanside were the best rooms of the 2 beach resorts we stayed at and the beach is truly picturesque and the sunset every night was better than a postcard! The staff put on a fiafia on the last night for our family of 23 and it was as we expected, highlighting our culture. I am definitely recommending this resort to other family members and friends and I have photos and videos to show off!! Tofa Soifua Survivor Samoa Beach Resort and we will be back in 2027 to make more memories!!"

"Not worth the trip around the island. Multiple issues that then became too many to not leave a review. We initially emailed the hotel about a transfer and they never responded- when we arrived they blamed a staff member being off sick. This seemed to be the way they worked- always blaming someone or something else. We were asked at check-in if we had any allergies and despite telling them we were gluten free, they didn't provide any suitable breakfast unless we paid extra. We asked about hooks for Mosquito nets- they lied and said they don't have mosquitos. We asked to hire a car or a scooter and they were unhelpful. We asked about the bikes they had advertised and they don't have any. The staff were unhelpful in every aspect of finding out information about the island. Using the shower caused the lights in the bathroom to flicker significantly. The toilet leaked and so they turned off the cistern instead of fixing it. There was rubbish all over the beach and outside the rooms and they had pigs roaming around the resort. No-one attempted to pick up the litter. The pillow was mouldy and when we left a note asking if they could change the bedding they lied about receiving it. Food was shockingly bad and so expensive for the quality- they never seemed to have any fish or coconuts - despite being on an island full of fish and coconuts! It seemed that the only thing available was fried chicken- the type you'd get in a takeaway. Disappointing overall."

"Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel that I booked it 3 times while visiting family and wanting to get away from family 😉😂getting in “me” time when I could. The staff were amazing and friendly, and the whole place felt relaxing and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Reception ladies were excellent and got me an early check in at 12, they went above and beyond. The bar guys were awesome who served great cocktails & fantastic service with a smile 😊 The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was beautiful & the beach view to die for. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting."

"What an unforgettable stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely seamless. The airport shuttle was already waiting for us outside and was super easy to find, which made travelling with a baby so much less stressful. When we arrived at the resort, we were welcomed by such a warm and friendly team who made us feel looked after straight away. Our room already had a cot set up for our baby, which was such a thoughtful touch and honestly meant a lot to us as parents. The views from our room were simply stunning. Waking up to that every morning felt unreal. The breakfast and buffet dinners were absolutely delicious, with so many great options every day. The evening shows were also incredible, so much fun and such a great atmosphere every night. We chose this resort to celebrate my birthday, my husband’s birthday, and Mother’s Day week, and it truly exceeded all of our expectations. Thank you for making these memories so special. "Large areas of the resort are run down and abandoned. The are holes in the deck around the pool. Wifi is only available at reception and is intermittent at best. For the price you will get better amenities staying in a Beach Fale instead. That said, the staff did everything they could to help us have an enjoyable stay - but there's not much they can do when the place hasnt been maintained in more than a decade"
