"This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area "

"Alijiah (please forgive if misspelled) is such a kind and caring soul. I was in desperate need of some quiet “me” time, and his service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this property based on his service alone. In addition, the room was spotless, comfortable, and the breakfast options were unmatched. I was super impressed! The housekeeping staff was also considerate and helpful. I appreciate all I encountered; everyone contributed to a wonderful stay!"

"Location was decent . The First Lady that helped me was awesome !! Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help …."

"Overall is a good property, except the receptionist on the front desk aren’t very professional in communication or in their attire. Seemed like we were at one star motel front desk."

"I spent about 10 minutes in the lobby waiting to check in because the person at the desk was on the phone. The room had a very strong odor. There is stuff all over the walls and most of it just needs to be cleaned off. The bathroom has mold on the ceiling and the rubber molding around the tub is coming off. There is mold around the edge of the shower wall. Bottom line is you absolutely get what you pay for. Luckily we are only here for one night."

"Rooms were nice and spacious. Hotel was clean throughout, nice gym. Breakfast buffet was good with plenty of variety options on different days. Very friendly staff. Would recommend to my friends/family and stay there again. "
