"The reason I chose this place was because of the 24 hour service and the price. Since I had a late night flight, I finally arrived at my guest house around 2am. The service worker was fast asleep and didn't hear the doorbell. So, I called the phone number but no one answered. A few minutes later I got a call from the manager. He apologized and went there to let me in. He felt bad because I was waiting for close to 30 minutes, so he upgraded my room. I didn't realize until after he left that...

"It's okay for the price you pay. We just need a room to rest our heads for the night for a long layover. I am glad it was easy than expected as we heard lots of horror stories about this building. Anyways, it's not comfortable for a long stay but if you are just in there to sleep, it will do."
