"The room we stayed in needed lots of touch ups. The bathroom water and sink had issues but they resolved it, but the bath mat was not clean and overall did not feel clean in this bathroom. Free all you can eat breakfast was good, lots of options and healthy choices including fresh fruit and salads. If it were cleaner I wouldn’t mind staying here again though it wouldn’t be my first choice. "
"I arrived just past midnight for check in and the staff were so friendly and on hand to help with any questions I had! Breakfast selection is pretty wide but the reminder every 5 minutes that breakfast is ending at 10am whilst eating was a bit annoying. Pool facilities are great but mostly filled with backpackers with day passes, I think there needs to be more exclusive parts for hotel guests because it did feel like a hostel at the pool area. They provide shuttles into town and also will drop you to the Fanispan ticket booth which is lovely. Definitely the best place to stay when in Sapa."

"The staff were amazing - helpful, welcoming, and hard working to the point of seemingly being able to be everywhere at once. Large clean room with windows that opened to allow in the clean, fresh local air. Breakfast was small, but excellent, with buffet and made to order choices. The staff took care of ordering our tickets for the Fansipan funiculars, and cable car. Highly recommended!!"
