라왁 시내와 상당히 멀어 다른 활동을 할수 없지만 객실은 깨끗합니다. 하지만 바를 이용할수 없습니다.

Close your hotel and train your staff

Very inefficient service especially on management level. Staff was poorly trained if not at all. Only the reservations manager seem to know what she is doing.

Very noisy because of a band playing at convention center. I couldn't sleep. Room kind of dirty. I carried most of my bags, hotel staff didn't even care as I was having a hard time. In a couple of years this will be a run down hotel, maintenance is pretty poor.

the overall look of the hotel was very nice, huge swimming pool, love the complimentary breakfast, friendly staff. The one I was disappointment was the wifi, I was not able to use at all.

Relaxing Stay up Plaza del Norte

Check in was quite fast and nice! Room is quite clean. AC louvers were slightly damaged but not a big deal. Bathroom quite clean, would have been nice if they added a toilet Bidet shower. Service was really good, even though it's peak, the service was still very good. They will also accommodate your requests as best they can. Very near "Malacanang of the North" Museum.

Fantastic service

Excellent location,great swimming pool,service and great food.Rooms very nice but could do with a bit of modernisation-shower not great and chairs etc look a bit dirty

그냥쉬기는 좋은곳

공항과 시내와 떨어져있다 조용하고 성수기가 아니라 사람이없다보니 참친절하다 체크인과 체크아웃시 윈하는곳에 버스로 한사람을 위한 서비스도 제공한다 수영장도 있고 몇대 아니지만 카지노머신도 있다 아 그리고 트라이시클 시내까지 가도 100페소면 갈수있다물론 그렇거 협상하고 조금씩은 더주었지만 호텔앞 큰길에 가끔 트라이시클 지나가니 교통편이 불편하다는 생각은 안해도 될것같다
