Staff were nice and freindly. Beds were clean but the floor had lots of hair all over it. Place is a bit out of way but if you have grab it works ok. No restaurants around so you have to travel a little.

Only if you looking to sleep cheap.

This hotel is not worth your while unless you're looking to sleep cheap. I was greeted by a couple guys who were doing repair work in the front of the hotel for check-in. I decided not to check in after looking around the neighborhood and not feeling safe and being told "no taxi" service come in the area but we should be able to get you a taxi. With no security present and what I assessed - it was definitely a sleep at your own risk type of hotel.

I didn't really like much of anything about the hotel, it had the atmosphere related to prostitution. The shower was in the bathroom on top of the toilet. I could barely shower without soaking the entire bathroom

I sometimes stay there over night as my flight arrives around 1:30am and their office is open 24 hours. Everything is OK but not decent. However no complaints because the room charge is very low.

Horrendous. Refused to stay

We refused to stay there. We felt incredibly unsafe. The whole place smelt like cigarettes and we were taken up to our room to find a single bed that was sold as a double which a shower that you had to straddle the toilet if you wanted to use. The area around it was so bad that the hotel only offered room service as you couldn’t get a taxi from there and on the menu was also condoms. It was a very dodgy place DO NOT STAY

The Anthurium Inn, it's just fine.

The Anthurium Inn compared to other low budget hotels in Cebu City, is a little bit better regarding the infrastructure and it has hot water unlike some others! The location in Lapu-Lapu is ideal if you are going to the beaches. There is public transport and you can get anywhere from this place and is very close to the airport. The downside I found was in the combination of mattress they have, which is sort of a gym mat and the sheets which kept coming off as you turn in bed. I guess a better way of securing the sheets to the mattress would solve this. The only negative experience I had was that one morning the water was shut off without any warning as I was in the shower full of soap and shampoo, had to ask my companion to go downstairs to tell the staff at which point they gave an ETA. Waited for 10 minutes. I guess this was just a one off, but they need to make guests aware of similar problems in the future. Other than that, the staff are friendly and helpful and well worth it the price.

Just awful

Well, unless you are Jason Bourne on budget do not set foot here. its in dangerous area, far from everywhere, smells like sewage exploded, rooms are more of a closet size. I don't even want to think about it. I don't know why is it on Hotels

Stinks & Dirty

I wasn't happy with my stay. Room so small, sheets has stains. Room stinks. bathroom sink has leak. After I I left my room for a few days and then come back. I was expecting clean towels & the thrash being dump & sheets clean. It didn't happened, the trash has not been dump.not a clean sheets nor clean towels. No soap & no shampoo i will not recommend this to friends or family.

Cheap hotel not close to tourist attractions

3rd floor lucky not on 4 th, no lift, very small, cockroaches, one of the staff gypped me on my change. Not close to any attractions, bathroom combined into toilet space, hard for a big man to take a shower. Water pressure non existent on one occasion, other times only cold for a shower.....avoid. Manager nice though

Poor Location, off the beaten track, nice people.

Well the sink came off the wall, the water get shut off frequently, the TV is really OLD School, the Rooms could use some work, the facility is in transition, good value just out of the way, difficult to get a taxi, no refrigerator in room, it was ok,

A good place to crash on tight budget.

Friendly staff, economical accommodation thats not very far from Mactan airport. If you need a place to crash and budget is tight then you won't be ripped by Anthurium's reasonable room rates.

Small rooms and very small bathroom. Only had a fan room so was quite hot. Staff very helpful and friendly. Only used as a stop off for the airport and as expected for the cheap price

정말비추 호텔이아니라 여관? 방에 개미들이 엄청많움 에어컨 없고 천장에 대형 팬 쪽방

우선 여성은 비추 가자말자 불안해서 필핀 대사관 번호 알아봄 3층인데 엘에베이터없고 물안나와서 새워못해....직원도 남자밖에없고 방도더러워

地図と全然違います、、

地図だと大通りに面していそうですが、実際はかなり中に入るので現地のひと何人もに聞かないとたどりつけないです。taxiもほぼ通ってないところなので、たむろしてる若者に車を出してもらったりしました。fanルームはお湯が出なかったです。

裏道のホテル

ホテルを出てタクシーがなかなか通らず 裏道にあり、タクシーを捕まえるのも難しく タクシーが捕まってもメーターを使ってもらえない。 ホテル以前にタクシーのボッタクリが問題。 日本人には無理だと思います。

Rooms by the Hour!

Teh only thing this hotel has going for it is the price and the very nice staff. We asked for ground floor and got 3rd floor. The rooms are very small. The shower head came off in my hand when I tried to adjust it but it was only a trickle and cold anyway so it didn't matter. They have a 3 hour room rate so that should tell you what kind of hotel it is - something you'll never get from their lovely pics and ad online. Not the worst place in the world I've stayed, but close.
