"Had a very late check-in as we arrived from the east coast on a late flight, we were welcomed with a smile, accommodated at once and given recommendations on things to do. It’s worth mentioning the beautiful lobby gives you a sense of really wanting to be there specially after a long flight. "Nice quaint hotel in the Civic Center area of San Francisco. Well maintained and charming. Older building, but renovated recently so all amenities are in good condition. Location is good, which is always a wild card in SF from block to block."

"If you're going to San Francisco to see all the things, this is a perfect location! Walkable to the Wharf, Pier 39/33, Chinatown, etc. and easy access to transit. The staff is extremely helpful and informative. The room was much bigger than expected, clean and decently apportioned. The rooftop patio is AMAZING! Spectacular views! Really enjoyed the complimentary glass of wine while looking over the bay. "
