We stayed for 4 nights in July. It's a lovely hotel in the old quarter of Larnaca & within walking distance of Finikoudes, and the old town. It's spotlessly clean, the corridors have air con too and a beautiful scent throughout the whole building. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be staying here again.

A really enjoyable stay. Everything was made simple at check in. Check out. All the staff had a really positive attitude. Cleaning standards excellent. Apartment had plentiful space. It is modern and benefits from large TV and comfortable bed. One critique. Lack of English Channel on TV. Good large balcony and close to centre.

Great location with beach on your doorstep and also lots of cafes and restaurants on the beach strip. Room decort looks brand new and in immaculate condition.

Liv and co is a great place to stay. Its modern and clean. The facilities are good considering its an apartment. Theres lots of parking. The service from the staff was great.

Great from start to finish. Helpfully emailed to arrange a taxi for us from the airport before arrival, staff were friendly throughout and location was great. Bar cocktails were also very good. Highly recommend.

Stayed 7 nights here for business & leisure purposes, hotel is located at only 10min walk for the beach, with accessibility to local shops and bars etc.. We booked the standard room and upon our arrival they upgraded our room for free. Our room was clean and comfortable. There's a mini bar in thr room and a pillow menu with small samples to choose from. Daily room cleaning service. All staff at the hotel were very friendly and offer top service, from reception to all restaurants and Skybar. Friendly check in info really clear newly renovated rooms excellent on site restaurant was great fantastic menus and guy running it was really great. Food fast and tasty just what we needed after a late flight. Highly recommend would definitely stay again

Very happy with my experience at this hotel. The staff is very helpful, especially I would like to thank Majid who helped and guide us with all possible information about local ‘Must See’ places. The room and hotel itself was clean and tidy and very close to city centre and beach. I recommend this hotel definitely :) !!

Very friendly staff. Always up in the room in minutes if there was a problem. Hotel is a mixture of antique and modern decor. Very good taste. Great breakfast! Walking distance from the promenade where the beach and all the restaurants and shops are. We stayed for a week and had a great time.
