"Minha estadia no Hotel Amerian Mendoza teve um atendimento cordial e uma boa receptividade por parte da equipe, mas diversos problemas estruturais e operacionais comprometeram significativamente a experiência. O banheiro apresenta sérias limitações: é extremamente pequeno, a banheira é minúscula e totalmente inadequada para uso com chuveiro, tornando o banho desconfortável e pouco funcional. Além disso, a porta do banheiro não fechava totalmente, o que é inaceitável em qualquer padrão de hospedagem. Somam-se a isso suportes de toalhas e roupas quebrados, evidenciando falta de manutenção básica. O ponto mais crítico, porém, é o café da manhã. As opções são muito limitadas, há falta constante de pães, frutas e itens essenciais. A reposição é falha ou inexistente. As taças de suco são tão pequenas que parecem copos de shot, o que não condiz com o padrão que o hotel pretende oferecer. No geral, o café da manhã está muito abaixo do esperado e precisa de uma reformulação completa e urgente. O hotel tem potencial, mas precisa investir seriamente em manutenção, estrutura e principalmente na qualidade do café da manhã para entregar uma experiência compatível com o valor cobrado e com o padrão que anuncia."

"The hotel is somewhat old-fashioned, but the warmth and excellent attention from the staff, the exquisite breakfast, and the outstanding service more than make up for it! On top of that, the location is fantastic and the free parking lot is a plus. Also the spa staff were fantastic!"

"Great location. Easy to walk to shops and dining in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable with good temperature control. It does not have tissues which would have been appreciated. Decent breakfast but one full sized napkin at each place setting seems appropriate. Meal offers cocktail napkins only."

"The reception staff were absolutely brilliant as were staff elsewhere - except for the girls in the restaurant - the patio restaurant. 1st day, we sat outside waiting for the room to be ready - the staff didnt approach us at all to ask if we wanted anything, even though they walked passed us. We eventually had to flag them down. Odd but we ignored it. Next morning my wife went to breakfast and she was completely ignored while others who came later were served! Also she was never told about the specials menu - there should have been a menu on the table as per other tables but this table didnt have it and girls never offered it. So my wife had the buffet when she would have preferred a meal from the menu (particularly the fruit/French toast). On out last day, I sat outside for 1 hour before anyone asked if I wanted anything. Overall not very attentive but dare I say maybe even predudicial. At least thats how it came across. And that's from a hotel that cost 550 US per night. Shame as the rest was good."

"Good breakfast, good staff, room clean. There were 2 main problems that made me really upset. First and most important was because the the shower didn't drain properly, causing water to pool up past our ankles (I asked for a solucion in the front desk, but nothing happend). Second, there were no wall sockets near the bed, what is expected on a good hotel nowaday."
