The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in/check-out were very easy. The location in Las Condes felt safe and is close to shops, restaurants and a mall, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers."

"Alright stay, pool is nice, but there is literally no service, no one to ask about anything. We thought it was a hotel, but must have missed something in the fine print; even the staff in the cafe below refer to it as an AirBnb. The music (and other noise) from the cafe travels to the rooms, because there is seemingly no insulation in the room doors. There is no toilet brush even though they don’t clean the rooms, and we found a pair of (some one else’s) underwear beneath the bed…you apparently...
