"Despite the pictures and online description looking appealing, the actual experience was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty upon arrival, and there was no running water at first. There was no air conditioning, no proper fan, and the heat inside the room was unbearable. Even after requesting a fan, it did not cool the room enough to make the stay comfortable. There were bugs throughout the property, which made the situation even worse. The bathroom door would not lock properly, and overall the place felt very poorly maintained and nothing like what was advertised. The staff was not available upon arrival, and the only person who assisted appeared to be another guest staying at the property. There was no proper check-in process, no ID verification, and it did not feel secure or professionally managed. There was also no refrigerator or basic amenities such as cold water available. The entire experience felt far below acceptable standards for a property being advertised as a comfortable stay. Because of the conditions, I had to leave the property the very same day and book another hotel nearby called Suites Del Mar just to have a comfortable and safe place to stay. Overall, I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. The pictures and descriptions online were very misleading, and I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"it doesn’t look as nice as the pictures at all. The room is unpleasant to be in. The patio is fenced. and faces the stairs to enter the building so everytime someone goes in and out the look right info the bedroom. NO WIFI in room. also, there is a big TV but there’s no Wi-Fi so you can’t watch anything also the is a bright led light on the patio that cannot be turned off and attract flies and shines into the bed room and patio. the communication was good. they put a huge jug of free water which i thought was very considerate and im grateful for it. bed was comfortable. still overpriced and unpleasant. right on the beach. 20 min walk on the beach from town "
