"The installations,the food, the beaches, the staff were incredible amazing and helpful good people. Unfortunately the rooms were so old and humidity , broken furniture, dust everywhere, bad conditions, telephone , tv , air conditioning not working even after repair, the towels were very very old and uncomfortable and looks like very dirty even after the laundry. We got updated and pay more and after 2 days We got better room. It is really very pitty the rooms conditions in general. I would like come back if the rooms conditions got better."

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking views, a relaxing atmosphere, excellent food, and a staff that truly makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The highlight of my experience was working with the amazing event coordinator, Federica Natale. From our very first conversation, Federica was professional, kind, organized, and incredibly attentive to every detail. She listened to my vision, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure every aspect of my birthday celebration was executed flawlessly. On the day of the event, everything came together perfectly. The décor was beautiful, the setup was elegant, and every detail reflected the care and dedication Federica put into making my celebration unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure that not only I, but all of my guests, had an incredible experience. I truly felt celebrated and cared for, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to mark such a special occasion. My family and friends are still talking about how wonderful everything was.
