The property was close to Freemont street, staff was friendly. Air conditioner made a lot of noise and was difficult sleep thru. Breakfast was on listing but was not served as far as I could tell. For the price, id probably experiment elsewhere because nothing was exceptional

There was a broken window in the bathroom. There was no bottle of body wash in the shower area. The body wash bottle by the sink was empty. The toilet seat needs to be tightened. The bottom of the tub moved like there was a very large bubble underneath it. There were no towels or washcloths in the room. The only TV in the room did not work. The phone in the room did not work. When calling the office from my cell phone twice, no one answered! The air conditioner in the entry area of room 147 has a very loud humming noise. There was no one at the front desk when we went to checkout at 7:45 am. On some good notes; the air conditioner did the job of keeping the room cool to our liking. The beds were comfortable. This is a great location for the Fremont Experience. The cost for the night was just under $100.

This place was just terrible. Actually it was probably my worst stay ever, as there was no warning about neighborhood. there was one very loud flame thrower(!) just 100 feet from my window and very loud club just maybe 300 feet on the other side and those kept noise at least until 3 am. so: it was impossible to have ANY sleep and there was no chance to get refund. On the other hand-if you have hearing disability-this place is in great location , near Fairmont , and has free parking as well. breakfast was poor and the guy who run he place was not very friendly after my complains.

The place was run down and really needs a lot of work. The one female desk person was really good. She switched rooms for me because the lock stopped working from my original room and the window was completely broken and they used packing tape to seal it which isn't very secure. The free breakfast was a bag of food that wasn't bad but you kind of expect more when they say free breakfast and for the amount I paid for the room

No breakfast was available one morning. Had to ask for a coffee machine they said previous person had stole it. Bar which is in the Hotel parking lot played loud music until 3am.

Parking was easy and secure for the most part. Their posting is misleading. It says there's continental breakfast and there wasn't. I asked for more towels and was told housekeeping would bring and they NEVER did nor did they even go to our room. It's not a welcoming environment. Going to the front desk was useless at times. Poor communication. The door had a lock on it and several times during business hours it appeared to be locked with no staff in sight and no notes or sign showing front desk hours. It got be a frustrating. We will NOT be returning or recommending the Baymont by Wyndham at 700 Fremont Street to anyone. Thankfully my partner and I had an incredible time on Fremont Street Experience and at Mad Apple cirque du Soleil show and dining away from the hotel. That made the hotel stay tolerable and of course accomodations such as shower and bed helped. Again I say this location is a poor representation of the Wyndham line of hospitality options.

Stayed at the Baymont in Downtown Las Vegas, and honestly — you get what you pay for. At around $35 a night, it’s one of the cheaper options in the area, but that low price definitely shows in the overall experience. The property feels more like a small motel than a hotel — a bit hidden and lowkey. The room was dirty and noisy, with the AC leaking water, stained sheets, and a bed that didn’t look or feel clean. The wood floors were also dirty, and when we asked for fresh sheets, our request was denied, which was really disappointing. On the positive side, the front desk staff was kind and accommodating — they let us check in two hours early without any extra charge, which we appreciated. But overall, the place needs serious attention to cleanliness and maintenance. If you’re on a tight budget and just need a quick place to crash, it’ll do for a night — but don’t expect comfort or cleanliness here.

This was awful. We stayed for less than 4 hrs. No ac, no towels, room not clean. Hair, boogers, lips stick, black mold, blood all over. Screaming in the rooms on both sides of us. Super loud music all night. We would of left sooner if it wasn't for the dangerous people doing drugs on tin foil directly infront of our door. They did not give us a full refund.

It was a complete disaster, dirty, front door lock vandalism broken, incredible noise levels from the street. Staff couldn’t care less. They had to give me towels at the front desk because of break-in from criminal activity prevalent in that area. Do yourself a big favor and stay elsewhere.

I came here at almost 11pm due to my flight so when I got here I expected to have a beautiful room since the photos made it look that way it was completely false and disgusting things hanging from light fixtures splatter of random things on walls the door was broken the sheets had so many stains on them and they aren't helpful to compensate for their false advertisement we got stuck with no refund and we only stayed from about 11pmto 7 am we didn't want to come back to our room so we stayed out as late as we could as soon as we could we left and found a wayyy better hotel down the street. I'm very disappointed in the way they don't show the actual place I would have never booked with them otherwise
