We found hair on the towels. Called for the room to be cleaned. They did send someone who only fixed the beds we had undone, but did not clean the mess in the bathroom we had called for.

Took us 2hrs to check in. They could not find our reservations. I had requested a joint room two weeks prior to our trip, it was confrimed. Unfortunately, we did not get the joint rooms. The rooms we were placed in had a strong odor and mildew in the bathrooms. We respectfully asked to change rooms and we're told none were available other than the suites for additional fees. Overall it was not a good experience. We did not stay our third night. I recommend Mandolin bay or bellagio
