The main room smelled bad and the bathroom had a strong odor of bug spray. Would not stay here again.

Very dirty cocroch all over the room bathroom faucet was leaking badly & there was no pan pots & dishes without those kitchen is worthless. You have to pay for wifi. I would not recommend i giveout of 10 is 0

Bad luck

I can't rate this place well. Too many issues we encountered. Probably just things that can happen, but it was all at once. First thing was no hot water when we arrived. It was fixed in like two hours though. Then in the morning people were knocking on the door at 8am while we were asleep (we came back at like 4am that day on New year's) and then an hour later the fire alarm went off in the whole complex. Super loud and no way to turn it off. This lasted for 10 minutes but yeah, we were fully awake after that.. Then last thing was the door broke, we couldn't get in anymore. Maintenance was there right away to fix it, but we wanted to get back to sleep and not be there for 2 hours waiting for something. So we asked just to leave it broken until we left and just went through the window for the two days we were there... So lots of little annoyances that probably were just bad luck that they all happened at the same time. Other than that, it seems like a decent place to stay. Big room with kitchenette, decent bathroom and great location close to the strip. Plus they are right on top of issues, fixing it right away instead of putting it on a list of things to do, that is great.

I enjoyed the jacuzzi it was very nice. The pool area was gorgeous and even though the pool isn’t heated we still had fun swimming.

Very very very old room Felt I was back in the 70 The cigarette smell was unbearable even deep inside the mattress. Lights in the bathroom was not working and a busing noise from inside the wall kept me awake. A place to avoid

Be aware this place does not have an elevator! So if you like lugging heavy luggage up to the third floor, this place is for you!

You get what you pay for

The suite had been updated with new laminate and carpet but otherwise was pretty "long in the tooth." Okay for a one-night stay.

Ok place to stay, for a good price.

The area is good, just at the end of the strip and easy to access. Lot's of shopping and reasturants nearby, but the property itself was just a bit messy. Extended stay rooms so there was plenty of space and the room had a really heavy cleaning solution smell (not the greatest for the first hour or so after they cleaned).

great hotel for the price.

Hotel was great. Will stay here again. Clean comfortable. Far enough from the strip but close enough to drive to for a night out. Very spacious. Good all around.

The employees were very nice but the condition of the room was what we paid for. I found a cockroach in the bathroom and the plumbing was bad. We had to use a plunger to flush the toilet for a whole night because maintenance doesn't work after 4pm. They couldn't even switch our room. The hotel had a great location and parking was easy. The room didn't come with a trash can, cups, or ice box so don't expect any of those when you book it. If you don't smoke I wouldn't recommend the room. The staff said they would use a good odor eliminating spray in the room but it didn't help much with the smell.

Great if you are a long term stay

This hotel is more of an apartment rental. The room was clean but overpowering with detergent/ fragrance to elliminate the smell of smoke. While taking a shower, the shower sliding door fell right on top of me and after review, there was no lower guide rail. The corporate office told me to take these matters up with my credit card company which I feel was very unprofessional. When I asked front desk about morning coffee, she said the machine had been broken for months and to walk up the street to the gas station or go to Dennys.

Decent hotel for the price.

Everything was ok here for the most part, not to far from the strip and it was across the street from an outlet mall. The only problem I had was our room reeked of cigarettes when I first checked in. But I guess you can't ask for much for the price you pay here

Staff couldn't give me a room key

I arrived and proceeded to the front desk for check-in just after midnight. The night manager handed me a key, but it didn't work for the room he'd assigned me. I returned to the desk and told him the problem, so he tried again. The key still didn't work. I returned to the desk a third time, and the manager spoke rudely and angrily to me, telling me I shouldn't have arrived so late and that I could come back in the morning (!) to complete check-in. At that point, having wasted 20 minutes, I walked away from a prepaid reservation with the night manager screaming at me across the parking lot that he is mistreated and misunderstood and not properly instructed for his job, and I had to pay for a second room that night at another hotel.

POOR!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL! TOO NOISE, BED IS LIKE A CARD BOARD!!! Exterior looks good, but, inside, it is so old and worn down! Sick place!!!!
