"My stay at Novotel Bangkok Impact was really nice and comfortable. I have to give all my praise to the lovely staff members. Starting from check in till check out they were so friendly even helped me adjust my stay according to my flight time. The breakfast was so diverse and i loved how each day i got a different menu. I was stayinh there as i had a concert in Thunderdome. There is easy sky walk from the hotel to thunderdome which made it so easier for me. Theres many food,drinks,coffee shops around as well as 7 eleven. I highly recommend this."

"The hotel is going through renovations so it’s hard to give the review I usually give this hotel Breakfast was great The new rooms are fantastic But looking forward to the renovations being finished The make shift reception is very small and chaotic And you can’t use the usual bridge over to airport from hotel like you used to as that is also part of the renovations Still a good stay"

"Room was clean and spacious, the staff is nice to offer complimentary lounge access for drink and snacks, awesome breakfast too. Hotel offers shuttle bus and buggy to Future Park shopping mall a big plus. "
