Short driving distances to supermarket and downtown Haguenau. Easy access to highway towards Strasbourg or Germany."

"This is a beautiful hotel! The restaurant in the hotel serves delicious food at reasonable prices. The area around the hotel is like a Hallmark Christmas town. The Christmas market was in the same town square and the atmosphere was very festive. A magical stay! "

Frühstück sehr lecker. Einzig der Außenbereich um das Hotel herum könnte etwas mehr Zuwendung gebrauchen, was aber zum Teil auch den noch laufenden Renovierungsarbeiten geschuldet sein kann. "Upon arrival I had not received the digi code for keyless entry, and called the displayed number. The key was not ready yet, but the owner was very helpfull and came with 10 minutes. I even got a bigger room. Very thankfull !"

"Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Ratz! Air conditioned room was very comfortable and the staff was very professional and nice. You order what you would like for the included breakfast from a form when you check in and select a breakfast time. It is all prepared accordingly when you come to the dining area at the specified time in an efficient manner for your days activities! Would definitely stay here again."

"Luckily arrived 8 minutes before staff fled so we were able to get code. Bed was comfortable, parking was ample, shower was great. Not within walking distance of anything. Concrete benches to sit outside but that is all."
